A maintenance tag is a deliberate link to one of the standard nodes used to indicate a needed maintenance action. This allows Scott Dunlop to stalk down errant nodes and fix them.
Common Maintenance Tags:

| needs conversion | This node needs conversion from an incompatible versoin of darcs markup. |
| needs revision | This node's content is either out of date or significantly incomplete |
| needs deletion | This page should be deleted at administration's earliest convenience. |
| needs rename | This page should be renamed at administration's earliest convenience, and all references updated to the new name. |
